Groot fan van Dr. Weil; zijn 5 groente tips voor gezondheid

Ik vind hem geweldig, Dr. Weil. Ik denk dat ik 19 (juist… dat is alweer 13 jaar geleden Oh My God!!!) was toen ik voor het eerst een boek van hem las en het was een ware eye opener. Dat boek heette: Het lichaam wil gezond zijn en het geeft op een hele boeiende wijze inzicht in hoe het lichaam werkt, hoe de reguliere gezondheidszorg (vaak niet) werkt (op de lange termijn) en inzicht in een aantal effectieve natuurlijke of alternatieve geneeswijzen (more…)
