Dear parents from all around the world!

I welcome you in the digital world of Rolls Rose. My wish is to bring together parents from all around the world to share experiences of the ups and downs of parenting. Not to complain or to judge one another, but to share your stories and maybe help someone else. Not stories about how to do this and thats with babies and children, but stories about YOU! And your partner. And your relationship, or divorce. How has being (becoming) a parent changed your lives? What parts of it do you love and what parts of it you find more challenging? What about work, who does what, romance and responsibilities?

My ultimate goal is to write a book about all these experiences from parents around the world. Do we experience much the same things or do culture, religion and heritage cause major differences in our experiences?

Will you please help me? I am looking for parents of all races, religions, countries and ages who are willing to share their stories about the ups and downs of parenting.

How can you help me? Get in touch with me by sending me an email (hello@rollsrose.nl). I will reply to you in person and send you a couple of questions for you to answer by email. Your story will be anonymously published on this website and help me with the research for my book. I might even use your story, or parts of it for the book.

I really look forward to hearing from you and can’t wait to read about the experiences from like minded parents around the world!

Beste lezers

Deel je ongepolijste ervaring of lees die van anderen! Boeken over bevallen en opvoeden en kinderen genoeg, maar helaas is er nog niet zo veel ongepolijsts geschreven over het ouderschap. Roze wolken in overvloed, maar wat nou als je die roze wolk niet vinden kan? Of allergisch bent voor roze wolken? Waar lucht je je hart en vind je ervaringsverhalen indien je niet direct (of zelfs na een paar maanden) dolgelukkig bent? JA HIER DUS! Is het niet geweldig?

Serieuze verhalen, ongepolijst en echt. Maar op RollsRose is er ook voldoende ruimte voor een beetje plezier, ietwat sarcasme of ideologie. Diepgang, dierenliefde en verder kijken dan je neus lang is. Als je daar behoefte aan hebt dan tenminste. Want er hoeft helemaal niets.

Deel je verhaal en lucht je hart en/of lees over de ervaringen van anderen en ervaar dat je niet als enige door moeilijke fases gaat. Stuur een mailtje naar: hello@rollsrose.nl en ik neem zo snel mogelijk contact met je op.

RollsRose is er voor kersverse ouders, doorgewinterde ouders, grootouders en aanstaande ouders. Met of zonder roze wolken! Hier oordelen we niet en nodigen we iedereen die dat wil uit om zijn/haar verhaal te delen. Lekker anoniem, onder je eigen naam of met die spetterende artiestennaam die je altijd al eens wilde gebruiken. Just do it zouden ze bij Nike zeggen!
